Meet Linda
I began my real estate career in 2008 and have been with Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage ever since. Each year I help buyers and sellers navigate the real estate process with confidence, professionalism, and as little stress as possible. While I work in all real estate Markets, I specialize in waterfront homes, historic properties, golf course communities, and rural homes and land throughout New Bern and Eastern North Carolina. Beyond real estate, I have a passion for classic and luxury homes, travel, landscape design, and interior design. My appreciation for architecture, home design, and outdoor living allows me to help clients envision a property's full potential while providing valuable insight into both the aesthetic and practical aspects of homeownership.
